Summary of first 2 weeks:
- Exercise/ Treadmill 7 days per week for 30 minutes.
- Exercise/ Treadmill 7 more days of between 40-45 minutes.
- Diet changed to higher protein, low fat, reduced sugar, Toronto General Hospital Diet.
Results:
- Weight lost: 7.5 pounds!
- Blood-pressure medication + exercise dropped BP by 60/30!
- Smoking: Reduced, but not yet stopped.
